Happy Sunday, everybody! Today’s post is the first of any of my fitness posts. If you read my New Years Resolutions post from January, you saw that first off, it consisted of horrendous photography and second that I wanted to get fit this year. If I’m being honest, from January to March, though I changed my eating habits, I was not fit at all. I personally enjoy running and exercising outside, so when spring time came, I started to get my body moving more.
I’m a 14 year old high school student. It’s not like I could just get up at 6:00 in the morning and drive to the gym. Mostly because I have to be out of my house for school by 6:40 and that’s just not possible! So this spring and summer I’ve been working out around 6-7 PM. It’s been a great time and I’ve definitely seen results. Leave a comment if you want to see a fitness routine.
